After a year in Australia working in a variety of restaurants Alice returned home to expand upon her cooking abilities assisting a highly experienced chef in a Perthshire Castle. Her love for skiing took her out to the Alps where she was the in house chef for groups staying in top luxury chalets. Upon returning to Scotland Alice began catering for large and small groups of country sports enthusiasts both in their own homes and often when they took holiday houses. She also filled numerous freezers for professional couples, who had little time to cook themselves, whilst all the time cooking for all types of functions large and small. Due to increasing demand and the want to change the way her business was run, Alice decided in November 2007 to re name and re launch her business.

Inheriting her sewing talents from her Mother Alice started to sew from a young age designing her first dress aged 9 from curtain remnants. Since then she has moved on significantly and now is frequently called upon by friends and growing client base for her sewing and dressmaking skills.
