Alice has gained many years experience and many years of fun cooking for large and small groups staying in holiday houses, cottages and sporting lodges throughout Scotland. Alice is familiar with many local butchers and fishmongers up and down the country and she knows exactly where to source the finest produce for her catering ensuring that each meal is memorable.

By Alice will organise all the shopping for you, and collection of wines and spirits should you require.

Start the day with a hearty Scottish breakfast of porridge, yoghurt, fruit salad and cereals. Followed by a full cooked breakfast and toast. Served with fresh orange juice and tea or coffee.

Then either make your own piece to take to the hill/river or have a delicious light lunch made especially for you.

Relax and discuss the day's adventures while being served canapés every evening before sitting down to your carefully designed dinner.

Then enjoy coffee, liquors and chocolate at your comfort to finish.
