Our Menus are both traditional and contemporary - ever changing and never two the same, to create something completely different and truly outstanding.

Some sample Wedding menus:

Pear, mango and avocado salad with rocket leaves and a balsamic dressing

Glazed fillet of Scottish salmon with new potatoes and asparagus. Served with watercress cream

Homemade Ayrshire honey ice cream in brandy baskets with berry coulis

Shredded duck and pomegranate with mixed garden leaves and a light Asian dressing

Rack of Ayrshire lamb with salsa Verde and carrot puree. Accompanied with mini roasted new potatoes.

Lemon mousse with little shortbread rounds

Trio of Inverawe Oak Roasted, Smoked and Gravalax salmon with lemon and lambs lettuce

Loin of Perthshire Venison with creamy mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Served with a blackberry jus

Passion fruit and ginger parfait with berries and coulis
